Shipping policy

We aim to complete and ship all orders within 3 business days of receiving your order however during busy sale periods, please allow more time for us to fulfil your orders.

We offer free shipping for all orders over $99 within Australia. All other orders qualify for Flat Rate shipping of $9.95, no matter the size of your order.

All orders are delivered by Courier or Australia Post. The delivery time of your order will depend on your postal address.  Delivery may take between 1 – 8 days. However, there may be circumstances outside of our control that may impact the delivery of your order e.g. natural disasters, Covid etc. In this case, we will refer you to monitor the relevant freight providers website for updates.
