That’s why we offer a 30 day money back guarantee on our products.
If our products are not right for you, then we’ll work with you to find an alternative product or give you your money back as per our terms below.
It’s important for us to understand why our products were not right for you so we can either suggest an alternative product or point you in the right direction.
If you would like to try another product instead of receiving your money back, then we will happily send you out another product of the same quantity. An exchange of products is only valid once per order and is in lieu of a refund.
The Refund Process
We have all been there. You choose a product and checkout, only to be left with buyers’ regret. At Bee Confident, we want to work with you to ensure that you have no regrets.
If you are unsure about a product you have purchased, please email us at [email protected] before dispatch, and we will refund the product back to your account.
However, we do not accept refunds if you change your mind once your order has been dispatched.
Returning items can be a hassle. We have tried to make the process as easy as possible. Simply follow the steps to lodge a return.
1. Send us an email to [email protected] within 30 days of your purchase. You will need to include within your email:
– Order name
– Order number
– Date of purchase
– Reason for return (You may require photographic evidence if claiming for damaged items.)
– Whether you would like to try another product, of equal or lesser value, or a refund.
We will assess your claim and respond to your email within 48 hours.
2. Ship the item back to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are exchanging for another product, we will cover the cost to ship the new item out to you.
3. Once we receive the item back, we will process the refund on your original payment method.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
We try our best to ensure that your products arrive to you undamaged, however, sometimes accidents do happen. If your products are damaged upon receipt, please email us at [email protected] with photos and the same details as outlined above, and we will work with you to provide a satisfactory solution.
